LarvaMaster: I agree with LV_Idle, and also would like to propose to count "level retries" as a "failure to complete" the level, I think it would be an improvement on the scoring system
LV_Idle: I was surprised to see that when I improved my score on level 10-3, I kept my previous award. If an individual can earn more than one award/level some jerk could capture all 3 awards and lock everyone else out.
